Return Period

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 24 days of receipt. This allows ample time for you to evaluate your purchase and make a decision.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of use or damage.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@hadugas.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund within 10-20 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
